Running outbound campaigns
Campaigns place calls for you. Under Campaigns & calls, create a campaign, choose the agent that will speak, and add contacts (upload a list or add them one by one). The campaign dials contacts, and each answered call runs like any other agent conversation — the transcript and outcome are recorded in call history. For a practice that usually means appointment confirmations, recall reminders, and following up with patients who never booked.
On an outbound call the agent opens by saying who it is and which practice it is calling for. The clinical boundary applies exactly as it does inbound: a patient who starts describing a symptom is offered an appointment or a callback, never an opinion.
Outbound calling is subject to per-destination rates and dialing rules; calls to destinations without a configured rate are declined rather than billed blind. Always ensure your contact list complies with local calling and consent regulations — that responsibility stays with you.
